We know how personal baby care can be—and sometimes, a product just isn’t the right fit. That’s why all of our essential rollers come with a 30-Day Happiness Guarantee.
If it’s not helping, doesn’t feel right, or just isn’t what you expected—no problem.
How It Works:
- You have 30 days from delivery to try it out.
- If you’re not happy with one of our rollers (like Mama’s Teether or Mama’s Hush), just email us at info@obvira.com with your order number.
- We’ll take care of a refund or replacement — your choice.
- No returns required. No forms. No hassle.
What’s Covered (and What’s Not):
- This guarantee applies only to essential rollers.
- Add-on items like teething mitts, pops, and other accessories are non-refundable.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the order was never delivered).
- Digital items (like ebooks) and shipping protection are non-refundable.
- The only exception: if your item was never shipped or delivered, we’ll refund the shipping protection.
- If a product arrives damaged, we’ll reship it. If that’s not possible, we’ll issue a refund.
One Last Thing:
We kindly ask that you try the product a few times before deciding—it helps us improve and understand what’s working.
